Professor Ria took to the skies late in the evening. It was still about an hour before her meeting time with the DaDa Professor and she wanted to get a table off to the side.
After her meeting with Professor McGriffin she needed to meet with him. It was important to get both sides of the stories and she was sure that there was something amidst between the two professors.
When she finally arrived in Hogsmeade she landed in the alley to the side. She quickly took her natural form. Still wearing her Professor Robes. She was here on business this evening and wanted the crowd to know by her attire that she was not to be interrupted.
When she went inside she nodded to the bar keep and made her way to a back table. This conversation needed privacy and as she took a seat she pulled her wand out and cast a charm to protect the area from others that may try to ease drop on this conversation. She wasn't going to trust this matter to just anyone.
After sitting down she awaited the arrival of Mr. Adamson. She ordered tea from the bar and drank a sip as she watched the door.
@dristan

Ten minutes before the scheduled time Dristan appears and walks in the door dressed in a business black style suit and looks around the place for a moment after closing the door behind him and saw a lady in professor style robes in the back corner sitting down and waiting. Slowly he made his way over and paused at the bar and ordered a drink and headed over to the table now and stood before Ria. "Professor Ria I presume?" Dristan bows respectfully to her. "Your message sounded urgent." He spoke as he sat down now and turned a bit and looked at her.
"How can I help?" He asked curiously now and took a sip of his glass and waved at the bartender for Ria for whatever she wanted to drink. "Are the students alright? Has something happened?" He asked with a lot of concern in his voice.

Professor Ria watched as Dristan Adamson came into the Tavern. She recognized him from the picture she had to obtain for this meeting. She put her tea down and stood holding out a hand. "Professor Adamson, what a pleasure to meet you. I apologize for the sudden urgency." After shaking his hand she took a seat and motioned for him to join her.
"The students are fine dear" She chuckled softly thinking that the other Professor had the same response. She wondered if it was because of her means of contact. She would have to work on that she thought. If everyone thought there was an issue with a student when she wanted to meet, it made things seem drastic.
"Please calm down dear. I am here to simply meet with you and talk that is all." She smiled and picked her tea up again and took a sip.

Dristan paused for a moment and nodded. "Forgive me being away from the castle on leave has taken a slight tow on me." He sighs. "I miss teaching, I miss the students, they are my passion." He nods and sets his glass down now and gets a bit more relaxed and comfortable. Now he was a bit more confused. Her owl seemed like something was either wrong or that there was an urgency. Okay so now she just wanted to meet him and talk. He took another drink of his glass.
"Please forgive me for being so forward professor. I am very confused right now. The last professor that wanted to talk to me well....." Dristan stopped right there thinking about how badly he just wanted to smack Quinn that evening. "What would you like to speak about?"

She nodded her head in response to his statement. "I understand. I also know about the incident that occurred at the school that caused your leave. That isn't why I am here though. I understand last week you met with Professor McGriffin. I wanted to know what happened during that conversation. Would you care to enlighten me on the situation that occurred? I have a charm up so no one can ease drop, please speak freely."
She took another sip of her tea and waited for him to begin his side of the story.

As soon as she brought up Quinn's name his fist tighten for a moment as his gaze went to the table. "Where do you want me to begin? Her disrespecting me as a professor, disrespecting the students or my heritage?" He looks up at Ria now. "All because I questioned her methods about this......battle league she is trying to form. Make it bigger than quidditch. Using constructs and illusions and sponsors to basically set up battle scenarios for the students." He sighed. "She thinks we should be preparing the students for war pretty much. Splitting them into groups like little armies." he continued.
"Her mentality....." Dristan just shook his head. "Her exact words.......No one seems to remember the neutral qualities Dark Lords and Ladies have had, just their evil qualities. It's a shame." Dristan would let that one sink in for Ria. "She wanted to teach qualities of the Dark ones like they were generals to the students and that was just one thing she proposed to me. I mean......." Dristan shifted a bit and had to take another drink.
"This battle league she wants to do she even suggested that at the end of it if the armies lost we do a mock funeral. Now I argued against it but I do not know if what she said of not doing it was either to shut me up or if she was being genuine."

Aisha listened to Dristan speak, she saw the anger and the gaze he made. His words almost seemingly filled with a venom of hatred towards the woman. She had to remain neutral in this, there was no taking sides but at the moment he seemed very capable of the allegation made against him.
"So you were discussing a new sport of some sort? If the Head Mistress and the Ministry support it that is up to them, I am not here for the details of that. It sounds vile in my mind, I don't agree with what I am hearing from you, but that is not my place. Thank you for letting me know what was said though. I appreciate it."
She thought for a moment as she watched every single detail of his body. The slightest change of tone, body language, eye contact. She was going to have everything she needed before this was over to put an end to whatever was going on between the two. "How did she disrespect you and your job? Your students? Your heritage?" She wanted to understand the situation at hand.

Dristan just sat there quiet now thinking back fully to the conversation with Quinn. "Lets see......Also, I must say, I thought that as a Slytherin you would be all for the political game. It needs to be explained to the students, to the parents and to the Ministry, and each of those groups have different concerns. The only way anything will ever get done is by emphasizing the best parts relative to each group. That isn't such an unreasonable concept, is it? You know that the League will be good for the students... Why else are you even at Hogwarts, teaching your class? Her words not mine."
Dristan went back into deep thought again. "Oh and lets not forget......That brings me to your next point, negotiability of scheduling. Obviously I will be able to run meetings and scenarios without input from any co-sponsors, if they aren't available. If I couldn't handle that much, I wouldn't even be at Hogwarts in the first place. And, just like any extracurricular, the students will be free to skip any practices, training sessions or scenarios they wish. All it will do is make their division and the total army weaker, and that is realistic. Real armies have layabouts and lazy members as well. Point of fact, how many non-negotiable training sessions do the Quidditch teams have every week? "
Dristan looked to Ria now. "I mean if you truly want Professor I could keep going." His voice calm, direct and straight forward.

Aisha nodded her head listening. "I still don't understand how she threatened you. I understand the conversation you are telling me about. But what actually caused you to threaten to skin her alive? That is what I am missing from this. She is negotiating the possibility of having a war like sport, I don't have to agree but I can see why she went to you. You are the DaDa professor after all. If she grew up during the wars you can't fault her for feeling like she has to be prepared for any possibility and wanting the students to be aware as well. I don't agree with her tactics but she didn't come to me with it. As for the Dark Lord's or Lady's, some did have tactical advantage. I can understand wanting to study their point of view. It was you do in Wizard's Chess is it not? Try to out think the other?"
She took a sip of her tea again. "I am not here to agree with her or agree with you. I need to know what caused her to make the allegation that you threatened her with. I believe the owl read Threatened to flay me alive. If you can give me that portion than I can be on my way Mr. Adamson and let you get back to your summer holiday."

Dristan literally dropped his glass from his hand and his eyes widen. "She said I threaten to do what!" His reaction was pure shock, he had never said that to Quinn. "Wait run that by me again? You have an owl from Quinn stating that I threaten to......flay her alive?" Dristan rubbed his face now and instead of blowing up he just sat there in complete disbelief that this was even happening at this point. Yes he fired back at Quinn because she was pushing boundaries but now Quinn was accusing him of threatening to literally murder her by flaying her alive.
"All I ever said to her was this.......those students are my life. If any of them ever got hurt whoever hurt them would deal with me personally without remorse or so much care in the world because I would make them suffer and beg for death by the end." Dristan was very direct and very truthful and straight forward. "Now how by me saying just that and that only as any professor would say in regards to our students and their lives and safety. How does that get turned into that I would flay her alive?" His eyes told her everything. He was telling the truth, he was angry for the accusation, he was hurt that another professor and one he barely knew would even do something like this to him.
"I have a right to see the evidence of this accusation against me. I would like to see this owl and read it please." He waited.

"First calm down dear. I understand this is hard to take in." She watched his reactions, they seemed genuine. "Thank you for telling me what was said. I can't show you the owl. I am sorry I do not have it. It wasn't sent to me. I was brought in to help sort everything out. Please keep this conversation to yourself. We will talk again soon. I hope you enjoy your summer Professor Adamson. I look forward to working with you." She finished her tea and stood up. She had all she needed from him and though he was quick to anger he seemed to be truthful in both sides of the coin. He had his faults and he didn't dismiss them like they never happened. She nodded her head and walked towards the door.

Dristan just sat there after she got up and the look on his face right now. If looks could kill Quinn would be dead and right now that was a thought in his head right now amongst others. She accused him and he could not even see the evidence. Which made this all the worse for him. Oh the woman had pushed to far, he had warned her once to not mess with him and now this......now he was going to do something about this and make sure that Quinn learned a very hard lesson from him. For now he would wait, he would bide his time. Until then a mask would be forged to give nothing away.
Dristan slowly stood now and did not even speak to Ria as he walked right past her into Hogsmeade and stood there and looked to the castle now and just stared. More importantly to a particular tower. His wand tapping his leg right now. The man was beside himself, the man was livid. Quinn wanted to play politics and with fire....fine.
He did look over his shoulder at Ria and the look in his eyes was one of pure hatred. "Before I go you need to know this. I was uncomfortable the entire conversation with her. Her wand was out the entire time. She made the excuse she was using it to produce images and you and I both know that to have your wand out and pointed is a direct action." After he spoke he looked right back to the castle and the Astronomy Tower in the distance.

Aisha nodded her head, she saw that he put a mask on and hid the anger deep with in. She stepped down and stood next to him. "You should meditate. Let some of that anger go before you return. It won't be good to have it with you, Gyriffdor's are better than that Dristan." She put a hand on his shoulder for a brief moment and followed his gaze towards the castle. She knew what he was looking at but she kept it to herself. She turned into her falcon and sat perched on his shoulder for a moment. Her pale blue eyes almost understanding after the conversation she had with Quinn. Then she took to the skies and headed back to the castle she had to put together her findings for the Head Mistress.
