She was always fond of the number 3, it was a very solid and magical number according to Witch Weekly. Alicia lifts a heavy rucksack from her shoulders and throws it up on to a top bunk. Easy peasy, magical bags could hold every she needed and not get in the way during a portkey. Greece, had she ever been in greece, she couldn't remember.
Climbing up to the top she would wait to see who else was going to be her bunk mates for the summer.

Victoire hadn't been too sure about going to a summer camp, but her father had nixed the idea of her tagging along with curse breakers and especially going to see her Uncle Charlie in Romania. That was too dangerous in his eyes. Course the idea of being around fire breathing dragons hadn't been too pleasing to her either. Considering she had a slight fear of it since Dom had caught her hair on fire. At least, with camp, she could practice magic and still keep herself a safe distance from an open flame. And maybe make a new friend or too. After all, Professor Oakwood had said she needed more fun in her life. So maybe this could be her fun. Vic had never left the country, well besides to visit Mam in France. But she didn't really count that. So going to camp in Greece seemed like the next best thing.
Vic made her way to cabin 3, with her rucksack. She didn't notice anyone as she claimed the other top bunk it wasn't until she had started unpacking her bedding that she noticed a bunk mate. Giving the girl a smile, "Sorry, didn't mean to be rude. Victoire Weasley, didn't you go to Hogwarts?" She thought the girl looked familiar but she had been focused on school work she didn't really pay attention to people.

Alicia had dozed off slightly from the warmth of the summer heat against the wall of the cabin. Hearing someone enter she suddenly (but quietly) opens her eyes and adjusts her position on the bunk as she watched the girl unpack her rucksack. "Oh.. hey. briefly." She had a nice American Accent with a slight Bostonian twang to it.
"We got relocated back to the states, I was there about half the year. Drafts all over the place, pretty though. Hat put me in Slytherin, but I had noticed you around." She scoots to the edge and hangs her legs off the side of the bed, "Never been to summer camp before, have you?"

"Yeah, you would think after how long the school has been around they would have fixed the draft problem," Vic answered with a smile, she still didn't understand it for being magical. You would think drafts would be a simple fix. So she had been in Slytherin, "Sorry, if I was rude. It was pointed out to me that because of my study habits. I could come across as being snobbish, the downfall of being a Ravenclaw, I guess." But maybe this summer she could change that.
Vic got settled on her bunk, after she got her bedding in place, crossing her legs under her, "Nope, this is my first. Thought it would be a nice change from being around my family at my Gramps and Gran's place. Followed the advice of my Divination Professor in trying to have more fun before real life hits. Is this your first time?"

"Oh yes, definitely my first time. I don't know how I feel about it yet... it's nice. Pretty." She didn't mind the outdoors in the least, in fact she would almost prefer to be back in Arkham hanging out with Caleb. She had told her parents about the man, and of course like appropriate parents they thought it best she be 'away' from the older man. She honestly didn't see a problem with him at all.
"Don't worry about coming off snobbish. I talk way too much sometimes and I was actually supposed to be in Ravenclaw. I asked the hat to put my in Slytherin, thought being around all those driven personalities would help push me closer to my goals. My names Alicia." She didn't bother with her last name, not yet. In a way she hoped nobody would ask or care here. "What are your plans this summer? I saw they have arts and crafts on the map, and magical practice workshops."

"Guess we are both in for an adventure, then." Though she seriously hoped, she didn't get a case of homesickness. The camp seemed interesting and a place where she could learn some new things. So long as she stayed away from open flames. Which apparently fire was usually a staple while camping, so she might just have to face her fear. For now, she wasn't worried about it though.
"Been told, I don't talk enough. So think we will get on just fine. I could see where being around driven people might help." Didn't make sense to her because she figured you couldn't get more driven than a house that used riddles to get in the common room. But then maybe Alicia needed to be driven in other ways that Ravenclaw couldn't have helped with. She thought about the last question, bypassing Alicia not giving her a last name, didn't matter. "Do something, I normally wouldn't do and see where that takes me." Seemed easy enough, at least she hoped it would be easy.
