Arkham Gazette - Investigations are at a stand still in regard to a Missing Persons report filed with the Arkham Police Department, on April 14th by a resident who wishes to remain anonymous of his village. Hillford Mass, a small village located 10 miles outside of Arkham in the mountain foothills has not see the wife of Mr. Talbott has been missing since April 13th after allegedly working in the garden behind her house.
Tragically, Mr. Talbott has been relocated to Miskatonic Regional Medical Center. After search for the last few days for his Wife he was struck down in the evening last night by an unknown assailant travelling through town. No leads have come forward.
At this time Arkham Police have request that any individuals interested in joining a small search party comes to the Police Department tomorrow evening at 3pm for a quick briefing to the situation. Accommodation in Hillford Mass has been arranged for those interested.

STORYTELLER NOTES
Why Yes, this is plot for Arkham! It is open to ALL character types, unfortunately it must be stressed that it is unlikely vampires can get involved as these searches will mostly take place during the day.
There also may be danger in this plot, your character may be changed mentally and/or physically as this will take place in the PVP forum. Dice may be rolled on your behalf by the storyteller. We are rolling on a basis that you as a player will know what you are capable of doing in a realistic manner, so everyone has a basic 45% in standard abilities.
If you want to see a sheet, check out this PDF link to see the current pulp CoC character sheets (you don't need to fill one out).
Do not worry, if someone attempts to do anything that is vaguely describing a merit on a CoC character sheet, the storyteller will roll 1d100, everything under 45 is a success so you will have around a 50/50 chance of succeeding. We will tell you in a bubble how the action went down. Feel free to use terminology from the character sheet in your post, IE: April looks around trying to 'spot anything hidden' in the room (this will point out that you are referring to the CoC sheet, so try to bold the merit in your statement).
Due to this being mixed genre we need to go over some reminders if you get involved. See bubbles blow for your characters species.

Call of Cthulhu Investigators/Cultists/Muggles/Mortals: You cannot reveal anything about the Mythos to Wizards, that is your secret and masquerade to keep. You're probably insane anyway, so they shouldn't really trust you.
Wizards of all Ages: You cannot perform any magic or use wands in front of any types of mortals (CoC, Hunter, etc), Remember the laws of Secrecy. What they don't see won't make them flip out.
Lings, Vampires, Garou: You cannot reveal, talk about or show off any powers in front of Mortals. No transforming etc... You are also protecting a masquerade. It won't bother the wizards, but the mortals can certainly break and you don't want that mess to happen.
