Magic point costs for using dreaming skill
Magic points cost for weapons = maximum damage possible with weapon
cost for items = SIZE
Living things = highest attribute multiplied by 2
MP spend limit capped by % in their skill. Spending 5 POW doubles this limit (but you cannot get POW back)
Magic Points (MP), you recover these by the hour
Harry Potter Magic in the Dreamlands/Scenarios: 4 MP per spell shot off.

Kiami has 16 in dreaming skill
Matilda H has 16 in dreaming skill
Matilda A has 16 in dreaming skill
Dmitry has 12 in dreaming skill
Jillian has 0 in dreaming skill
