Morgana took Emelius through the streets, her eyes lighting up with glee as memories of the better part of her childhood seemed to replay before her. They were definitely dressed differently and it earned them some strange looks.
Morgana headed towards a giant building made of white marble. "This is Gringott's, our bank. The goblins are very protective of their riches and therefore make the best ones to run such a place. My family's wealth is here in the vaults beneath it." She said, grinning.
Morgana entered the bank and the goblins watched them with beady eyes, unsettling yet assuring anyone that it was a protected place yet always under scrutiny.

Emelius had never felt so out of place before... he had been in so many places around so many different types of people, but this was beyond compare. The goblins staring at him... staring almost through it felt. It was then that he realized that he was staring at them, and he continued to follow Morgana down the rabbit hole. How fitting to follow an Arthurian legend to a land filled with the fair folk.

Morgana squeezed his hand, feeling that he was a bit out of sorts and literally thrown into a world of oddities. "I would say they are more scared of you than you are of them, but I would be lying." Morgana said, approaching a desk. After a few moments of business toned conversation, Morgana had successfully exchanged a fair amount of muggle cash for a more....acceptable currency for Diagon Alley.
"Where should we start. I would say the candy shop, but that would be out of your interests...." she thought for a moment. "We will stay out of Knockturne for now. I have had my fill of darkened creatures and sketchy folk." She hummed as she escorted him into the streets, feeling as if they had stepped back in time.
"Would you like to see how we send correspondence traditionally?" She asked, raising a brow. "I will have to get some candy before we leave. I miss some Bertie Botts and chocolate frogs." Morgana bit her lip and leaned into Emelius.
"I should slow down, I forget this is all new to you but normal for me." She whispered, grinning and watching as a few witches giggled and moved along at her PDA.

As Morgana leaned into him, he felt a wave of comfort in an overwhelming world. He wrapped an arm around her, happy that she was there beside him. He had been all over London, and never had the slightest inkling of this place.
"I understand about avoiding the sketchier areas, you've been in far too many as of late. Now I know France and chocolate dipped insects, but a chocolate frog? And what is a bernie bott? Something tells me they aren't as mundane as I keep imagining."
He continues to hold her close, onlookers be damned.

Morgana laughed and kissed him quickly. "I think you should find out." She said, putting her arm around his waist and turning to walk down the street lined with shops. "You will get some odd looks here, but just go about your business and you will be alright." Morgana said, strolling easily and relaxed, the warm windows of a shop catching her eye. Inside were cages, treats and...owls.
"If there is anything going awry in the magical world, you will know by the reactions and behaviors of people here. That is when we will head home." She gestures to a newspaper, the front page picture moving like a black and white film short.
"They sure don't make them like that back in New York." She giggled, turning back to the owl shoppe.

As she gestured to the newspaper, he noticed the pictures moving on the front, like a high quality gif on the computer. But this was on a piece of paper, nothing behind it. While he knows there are technologies that can mimic this, this was something else entirely.
When he turns back around, he realized they were in front of a pet store. Full of mostly owls. And it felt like most of the owls... were staring right at him. It feels almost like dealing with a horde of judgmental Harleys all staring at him...

Morgana smiled and looked to Emelius. "Our postal service." She said, looking back to the owls for a moment before taking his arm in hers and turning a bit.
"Shall I let you absorb it for a bit longer?" Morgana asked, feeling he was overwhelmed. That was understandable. It wasn't exactly easy to wrap ones head around. Especially if they hadn't the slightest idea of what they were about to launch into.

Emelius broke his sight from the eyes of feathered judgment and looked to Morgana, trying to understand. "You mean like messenger pigeons? Those are all over New York. Unless this is something else yet again..."

Morgana smiled. "You could say that." She said. Looking around she thought for a moment.
"What else would you like to see?" She asked, the stares from people increasing but they soon went on their way. "Is there anything else you wish to know? Or are you one for surprises?" She said, her voice a teasing purr.

Emelius looked to her, a smile beginning to show as she purrs. "A few surprises I certainly don't mind. So what makes the owls different? One could only wonder at this point."
He looked to Morgana, doing anything he could to not feel the judgment of the owls' eyes upon him.

Morgana looked back to the owls through the glass. "Owls generally keep to themselves, but in the wizarding world they serve many needed functions and have many sorts of personalities. Owls can understand magical people speaking English and can communicate with wizards and witches." Morgana paused for a moment
"They have to be trained to carry postage, but can find the person the post is addressed to. Of the recipient doesn't want to be found, they must cast a spell so the owl can't find them."
Morgana still used an owl once in a while, but text was her main way of communicating since her music performances were usually with muggle direction

Emelius thought momentarily to himself about whether a Nosferatu's ability to obfuscate himself would hamper the owl's ability to find them. In a way both are magical abilities, the vampire just uses the life force in the blood, precisely why the kindred call it vitae.
Amidst his deep thought about the nature of magic, he suddenly felt something behind him shift in a very unpredictable manner. He quickly reacted by stepping out of the way of the doors and looking to see what just occurred behind him. As fast as he turned around, he say what looked like wisps of blackend sand swirling, and then immediately coalesce into the form of two people, a male and female dressed in the 18th century dress this area seems so fond of. The waltz right in to the owl shop, entirely unaware of the fact they nearly apparated directly into Emelius. They looked at Emelius with a nod and smile, and as Emelius returned the favor, the two had a sudden look of worry and moved on.
Emelius turned to Morgana, "Did they actually teleport here, or did I imagine that?"
