So, I'm creating an Azkaban character.
Her name is Azra Idris Malak. She is a resident psychiatrist in Azkaban.
She is particularly skilled with magics of the mind, and related to dreams.
Originally from Egypt, she was educated at Ilvermorny, then at John Hopkins medical school, followed by the College of Wizardry, a residency at St Mungos hospital in London.
Anyone from any of those places, about 20-30 years ago, could tie to her, or know her. She is currently in her early 50s.
