Before I ask this, let me just preface this with the disclaimer that I am well aware that generations aren't a thing in this game, and since the game takes place in the modern era, Gehenna either didn't happen, or it did, but not in the way Noddists believed that it would. So, my question is in two parts:
1. Does Noddism as a belief system exist among Kindred in this universe? If so, how much of Noddist lore is known to non-Kindred (specifically, witches and wizards)?
2. Despite the fact that generation is not taken into account in this game, do Caine and the Antediluvians exist? (Feel free to withhold as much information as you want if it turns out answering would spoil a future plot.)

1. Unless Rose or Morte tell me otherwise? Noddism is a belief system among the Kindred, yes. But none is known to non-Kindred (unless a Kindred point blank tells a specific witch or wizard in an IC conversation)
2. Short Answer: Yes. Long Answer: Wouldn't you like to know in what way? ^_~

Hatter gave good answers.
Noddism would exist. That Gehenna hasn't happened in our world doesn't mean it never will. Or that the belief it is coming doesn't exist.
Caine and the Antedeluvians definitely exist, or there is zero premise for 90% of Sabbat belief. What the STs choose to do with them is another matter.
Nothing about either point above would be known to non-vampires, unless specifically told by a Vampire.
I hope that answers your questions,
