Ties for Arthur - book dealer, fixer, criminal - Arkham

I'm making a second character for Arkham.
His name currently is Arthur, though that may change.
He was English born, is "muggle", witnessed and survived the worst of the 2nd wizarding war. Investigated magic and "all that", and saw far more than any mortal man ever should have.
Left England, moved to America, settled in Arkham, but also does business in NY.
He's a dealer in antique books, a little like Dean Corso from The Ninth Gate. He's also a fixer (like the class in Shadowrun), and a bit of a crook generally :)
Im still writing him, so if anyone would like a tie to him as I go, please message me so we can discuss what it might be :)
