Mom and Dad,

I'm sorry things keep changing. I am just literally trying to figure out where I stand in this crazy thing called life after all of this news popping up over the course of the last Month. I know I wrote before to say that I would be coming home this Holiday instead of staying with Dristan at his estate to learn about the family. I do still intend to return to London after term ends...Just, maybe not staying with you. I've had another offer of a place in London where I can really take the time to understand who I am. I can explain everything after term.

Please don't be upset with me.

Your mother and I are concerned. We know this life...can be hard. Lord knows we are not perfect and we have had our own rough times. But...you are 16. Old enough that a decision like this is made with clear thought and an open mind. We want you to find your way. Just don't keep us out of your life, alright mi amor? We love you and at least come visit us. Your mother will worry if you do not at least come visit. You know how she can be.

Papi,

I know you are worried. I just, this...gift its so hard to control and I know you and mama have a hard time understanding it too. I've been invited to stay with another professor who can help me. I don't want this burden on you and her. I am not far away, i can visit any time. I'll even come home and have dinner with you. It's hard. Being home with those other muggle students. After what they did....

All I hear is the laughter of their voices and I feel the water fill my lungs. Papi, I can't keep pretending it's okay anymore.

I will be home after term. I want to see you both. I just wanted you to know I want to be able to figure this out. I want to be able to hug you again.
