[OWL] Checking on a lost bird (Rose/Aisha) (August 10th)

Rose, being Kindred, couldn't have an owl of her own and her cat, Céleste, was not good at delivering mail. However, the Tremere Regent knew where to hire an owl who would send the message she had written for Aisha. The message on the parchment is written in an elegant cursive handwriting and addressed to Aisha Ria-Alexander.
